Here at Lindum Outreach Trauma Centre, we provide compassionate professional trauma therapy at a low cost, making high-quality support accessible to all. Whether you're dealing with recent events or long-term trauma, or are aware of having trauma responses, we are here to help you navigate your healing journey with care, respect, and expertise. You don't need a medical diagnosis to access our service, we will support you with your presented issues with the many resources our counsellors have available.
Who are we?
Lindum Outreach Trauma Centre is a dedicated trauma-focused counselling centre offering support to people affected by a wide range of traumatic experiences. We are also a training centre for trauma students and qualified counsellors undertaking advanced, specialist training in trauma therapy. This allows us to offer highly affordable counselling while maintaining excellent standards of care. Our work is grounded in integrated therapeutic modalities, meaning we tailor each session to suit your unique experiences, needs, and goals. Our counsellors are trained in approaches such as:

Affordable Support
Each session costs just £10, as part of our commitment to making trauma-informed therapy widely available. Our counsellors are qualified professionals undertaking further clinical training in trauma, closely supervised to ensure ethical and effective support.
Safe, Confidential and Ethical
We operate within a strong ethical framework, ensuring your confidentiality, safety, and well-being at all times. All our counsellors are members of professional bodies such as BACP, NCS, or UKCP, and receive regular clinical supervision.

Our Mission
We are raising funds to create a calming, sensory-informed counselling space designed specifically for clients living with neurodiversity, complex PTSD, and trauma. This room will be a safe haven, equipped with soothing lighting, sensory tools, and grounding resources to support emotional regulation and make therapeutic work more accessible and effective for those with sensory sensitivities.
